Definition of the Bargaining Unit. The bargaining unit Bargaining Unit consists of all sworn regular regular, full-time sworn employees of the Michigan State University Police Department of the City of Lansing, Michigan, (Protective Services) whose positions are classified I as Police Officers VII through I. All other employees in this department are excluded from recognition in this bargaining unit such as employees in positions classified as Director, Assistant Chief, Deputy Chief, Captain, Lieutenant, Sergeant, Crossing Guard, Student, Clerical Personnel and including IIA, IIB & IICfull-time parking enforcement personnel.
