Definition of Unit. The bargaining unit is comprised of all full-time and regular part- time Medical Simulation Instructor/Operators employed by the Company at its Fort Hood, Texas Site, on the U.S. Army Training Instructors/Operator Services Support (TRIOSS) program, but excluding all office clerical employees, sales and professional employees, managerial employees, guards, supervisors and Program Managers as defined in the Act, and all other employees.
