(b) A Grievance is a dispute regarding the interpretation, meaning, operation, or application of this Collective Agreement, including any question as to whether a matter is arbitrable or not, any allegation that this Collective Agreement has been violated, or any other dispute arising out of the administration of this Collective Agreement.

  • Defined Terms Used in this Agreement In addition to the terms defined above, the following terms used in this Agreement shall be construed to have the meanings set forth or referenced below.

  • Incorporation by Reference All terms, provisions and agreements set forth in the Standard Trust Terms (except to the extent expressly modified herein) are hereby incorporated herein by reference with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein.
