Delegates Rights. (a) The employer recognises the role of elected union delegates within the enterprise. The employer will treat delegates fairly and to allow them to perform their role as union delegate without any discrimination in their employment. (b) A union delegate shall have the right to discuss work-related matters of concern of any employee or to convey information relating to the workplace to employees during working hours. (f) The employer shall supply the union delegate with a copy of this agreement and of the Award and with all subsequent variations and will post such agreement or award on the notice board.
