Delivery and Delivery Point Clause Samples

The 'Delivery and Delivery Point' clause defines where and how goods or services are to be delivered under a contract. It specifies the exact location—such as a buyer’s warehouse, a project site, or another agreed address—where the seller’s delivery obligations are fulfilled. This clause may also outline the timing, method of delivery, and any responsibilities for transportation or risk transfer. Its core function is to ensure both parties have a clear, mutual understanding of delivery logistics, thereby minimizing disputes over when and where delivery is considered complete.
