Delivery / Collection. All Contract Deliverables shall be consigned to the Authority's Project Manager as specified on the DEFFORM 111 (Box 2) of the individual POs.

Schedule 3 (Contract Data Sheet) shall specify whether the Contractor Deliverables are to be Delivered to the Consignee by the Contractor or Collected from the Consignor by the Authority. b. Where the Contractor Deliverables are to be Collected by the Authority (or a third party acting on behalf of the Authority), the Contractor shall, unless otherwise stated in writing: (1) contact the Authority’s Representative (Transport) as detailed in box 10 of Annex A to Schedule 3 (Contract Data Sheet) in advance of the Delivery Date in order to agree specific arrangements for Collection and provide any Information pertinent to the Collection requested; (2) comply with any special instructions for arranging Collection in Schedule 3 (Contract Data Sheet); (3) ensure that each consignment of the Contractor Deliverables is accompanied by, (as specified in Schedule 3 (Contract Data Sheet)), a DEFFORM 129J in accordance with the instructions; (4) ensure that the Contractor Deliverables are available for Collection by the Authority from the Consignor (as specified in Schedule 3 (Contract Data Sheet)) by the Delivery Date between the hours agreed by the Parties; and (5) in the case of Overseas consignments, ensure that the Contractor Deliverables are accompanied by the necessary transit documentation. The Authority shall be deemed to have accepted the Contractor Deliverables thirty (30) days after title and risk has passed to the Authority unless it has rejected the Contractor Deliverables within the same period.

Delivery / Collection. 1. If We deliver, collect or transfer hired Equipment, which has been hired by You, you must pay Us Our transport charges, as notified to You. Delivery will be at the site specified in the Contract (“Site”) Unless written notification is received by Us within 24 hours commencement of the hire, acceptance of delivery shall constitute conclusive evidence that You have examined the Equipment and has found it to be in good condition, complete and fit in every way for the purpose for which it is intended. 2. If You wish to change the Site You agree to pay Us any additional charges, we might incur. 3. You are responsible for ensuring that a clear, unobstructed firm & accessible area is available for Loading. If We incur extra costs or expense due to any of Your acts or failures to act in this respect You agree to pay Our reasonable charges in compensation of such costs and expenses. 4. When authority is needed from landowners or other third parties to enter any area which has restricted access You must obtain such consent and arrange for staff to attend to comply with rules or traffic restrictions which are in force at the time. 5. You are responsible for Loading & must always provide competent supervision. 6. Any road or bridge tolls or congestion or road use charges that We incur during transport of the Equipment to or from Your site will be charged to You. 7. Any person supplied by us, including vehicle drivers, to assist You to Load equipment will be under Your control. You must not instruct anyone to do anything that is in breach of any rules, regulations, enactments, or the requirements of any statutory body, relating to security and health and safety, or which would be unsafe. 8. You must not move the Equipment to any other location without Our written consent obtained prior to the proposed change of location.
Delivery / Collection. The Lessee received the vehicle, which he examined and found to his absolute satisfaction, in excellent condition and suitable for the use and purpose for which he is renting it. The T.C.N reserves the right depending on availability to provide a different type of vehicle than the one originally booked with one of a similar or higher category. The Lessee is obliged to return to the lessor the vehicle and all forms, tools and accessories that accompany it, in the condition in which he received it, full of fuel or at the same level as he received it and at the place and time specified in the rental agreement. Otherwise, and after the agreed return period, the Lessee is obliged to comply with the corresponding articles herein. It also becomes responsible to pay the lessor compensation for any proven positive and collateral damage. The Lessor reserves the right to regain possession and use of the vehicle at any time without notice and without the Lessee's consent, but at the Lessee's expense, from anywhere and by any means, in any case where, at its discretion, there is a risk of damage or loss vehicle as well as the risk of non-collection of the compensation for use and any other compensation due. The lessor has the right, apart from the above case, to regain possession and use of the vehicle if and as long as it was used or is being used in violation of the terms of this agreement or the predetermined rental period.

Delivery / Collection. 3.1 The Equipment shall be delivered or collected at such time and date as set out on the Quotation Form. We shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with any delivery schedules but will not accept liability for non-delivery by a specific time or date. 3.2 You shall sign the Quotation Form on delivery or collection of the Equipment as acceptance of the Equipment on the terms and conditions as set out herein and this shall be conclusive proof of the quality and delivery of the Equipment in good condition 3.3 Unless otherwise agreed, You shall return the Equipment to Us by the end of the Hire Period. If the Equipment is not returned You are responsible for the full replacement value thereof. 3.4 If the Equipment is being delivered back to the UK from abroad, You shall use your best endeavours to ensure the Equipment is returned to us by the end of the Hire Period.
