Delivery Fees. The per-package Handling Fee and Release Fee (as set forth above) plus all other applicable postage, shipping and insurance charges, will be included in your charge, when IDS arranges for the shipment or release (i.e., withdrawal) of your Assets, in accordance with your written instructions.

Delivery Fees. A $4.95 handling fee may be added to each invoice. You are also responsible for standard delivery, if applicable, and our product prices do not include such charges unless expressly stated. If we pay such charges on your behalf, we will also add these to your invoice.

Delivery Fees. Notwithstanding sub-paragraph 1.2 above, the Parties agree that with regard to any New Contract which is Similar to a Current Contract appearing in the table in sub paragraph 1.2, the IPE acknowledges that LCH may incur material marginal development costs in respect of delivery processes and that LCH’s marginal operating costs in respect of deliveries may be, or may reasonably be expected to be, materially greater than the equivalent costs in relation to delivered Current Contracts. In such circumstances LCH may bring forward proposals to set delivery fees charged to Clearing Members at a higher level than the delivery fees for equivalent Current Contracts. LCH shall consult the IPE on such proposals which shall be implemented subject to the IPE’s prior written consent, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.

Delivery Fees. Contractor will ascertain options for delivering and installing the layout (e.g., special handling and crating) and the schedule for delivery and installation shall be agreed upon with the Client prior to completion of the layout. Packing and delivery costs are not included in the Estimated Contract Fee specified in (2) above. Packing and delivery costs, including truck rentals, travel, delivery staff labor, per person per diem and site-specific materials related to delivery and installation of the layout, will be billed and are due upon invoice prior to actual delivery. Miscellaneous expenses incurred during actual delivery but not included in the estimated delivery costs will be billed after delivery is complete.

Delivery Fees. 10.1. All delivery and fitment fees are included in the Purchase Price and are payable in full upon settlement of the total Purchase Price before delivery is made. 10.2. The Customer is entitled to use the services of a third party for delivery of the product/s. Razorback will accept no liability for the product once the third party has collected it.
