Delivery Fees Sample Clauses

The Delivery Fees clause defines the costs and responsibilities associated with transporting goods or services from the seller to the buyer. It typically specifies who is responsible for paying delivery charges, how those fees are calculated, and any conditions under which additional charges may apply, such as expedited shipping or remote locations. By clearly outlining these terms, the clause helps prevent disputes over unexpected costs and ensures both parties understand their financial obligations related to delivery.
