The Service Provider will issue, no later than the twentieth (20th) day of each month, separate statements directly to each Party for the Direct Operating Costs attributable to that Party's utilization of the Aircraft.
The Tenant shall pay to the Landlord as Additional Rent, commencing on the Commencement Date, its Proportionate Share of Operating Costs (the “Tenant’s Share of Operating Costs”) by consecutive monthly instalments in advance on the first day of each month during the Term and the amount of such instalments shall be the amount reasonably estimated from time to time by the Landlord.
The Service Provider, within twenty days after the end of each month, shall furnish each Party with a statement detailing all credits and debits to the Trust Account for the preceding month, without consideration of the amount of the Fixed Operating Costs Deposit.
Any excess of the amount of Fixed Operating Costs allocated over the amount of Fixed Operating Costs allocable shall be credited to such Party and any excess of Fixed Operating Costs allocable over the amount of Fixed Operating Costs allocated shall be payable by such Party in accordance with Section 6.
The Tenant shall deliver to the Landlord upon the execution of this Lease a series of 12 post-dated cheques for the first 12 months of the Term of this Lease, each monthly cheque representing the Minimum Rent, the Tenant’s Share of Operating Costs and ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Share of Taxes payable as required by Section 3.5 and other charges under the Lease for that month.
