Delivery of Monthly Financial Statements. During the period from the date of the Original Agreement through the Closing Date, the Company, on behalf of the Seller, shall as soon as practicable, but in any event within three business days after their filing with the Bankruptcy Court, deliver to the Purchaser true and complete copies of (i) the Company's Monthly Financial Statements filed with the Bankruptcy Court and (ii) all other documents that are filed on behalf of the Seller relating to the Company with the Bankruptcy Court. All such Monthly Financial Statements shall fairly present the financial position of the Company as of the dates indicated, and the results of operations for the periods therein specified and shall be consistent with the books and records of the Company except for such inconsistencies which do not materially affect the fairness of such Monthly Financial Statements.
