Deployment Services Sample Clauses
The Deployment Services clause defines the responsibilities and procedures related to setting up and launching a product, system, or software in a live environment. It typically outlines the scope of deployment activities, such as installation, configuration, testing, and the timeline for completion, as well as the roles of both the service provider and the client during the deployment process. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of what is required for successful deployment, minimizing misunderstandings and facilitating a smooth transition to operational use.
