SPT may require that suppliers provide a parent company guarantee/guarantees or other form of suitable security (depending on the corporate structure) to cover all call-off contracts which may be issued to them under the Framework Agreement. Any bond requirements would be set out on a case-by-case basis in each call-off contract. Further details will be provided in the procurement documents.
