Procurement Documentation definition

Procurement Documentation means the documents to be used in any procurement exercise and where different, those intended to form part of any contract following on from a tendering procedure. It includes, but is not restricted to, the Selection Documents, the invitation to tender for or to negotiate a contract, the proposed conditions of contract, the specifications or the descriptions of the supplies, services or works required by the Council and any Bills of Quantities and includes any such documents or their equivalents issued by electronic means;
Procurement Documentation means the pre-qualification questionnaire and/or the invitation to tender documentation (as the context requires) together with any related documents issued by the Agent relating to the Procurement.
Procurement Documentation means procurement regulation (in Russian – положение о закупке), procurement plan (in Russian – план закупки) procurement notice (in Russian – извещение о закупке) and other documents and information required under the Procurement Law to lawfully procure goods, works and services;

Procurement Documentation means the documentation published or made available by the Client (including any invitation to tender or negotiate and Clarifications) setting out the requirements and rules relating to the procurement of the Deliverables. “Property” means any property (including buildings, Plant and Equipment) issued or made available to the Contractor by the Client in connection with this Contract (which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall not include Intellectual Property Rights). “Protocol” Protocol for Managing Supplier Poor Performance included in the Sourcing Toolkit, produced by the Construction & Procurement Delivery body of the Department of Finance (as amended) as appended to this Contract at Annex 2. “Purchase Order” means the Client's order for Deliverables which has a unique number and details the Deliverables to be supplied by the Contractor to the Client in accordance with the terms of this Contract. “Quality Standards” means the quality standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent body, (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Contractor would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Specification. “Re-tendering Information” shall have the meaning ascribed in clause 31.1. “Regulatory Bodies” means those government departments and regulatory, statutory and other entities, committees, ombudsmen and bodies which, whether under statute, rules, regulations, codes of practice or otherwise, are entitled to regulate, investigate, or influence the matters dealt with in this Contract or any other affairs of the Client and “Regulatory Body” shall be construed accordingly. “Relevant Tax Authority” means HM Revenue & Customs, or, if applicable, a tax authority in the jurisdiction in which the Contractor is established. “Replacement Contractor” means any third party appointed by the Client to supply any goods or services which are substantially similar to any of the Deliverables and which the Client receives in substitution for any of the Deliverables following the expiry, termination or partial termination of this Contract. “Request for Information” will have the meaning set out in the FOIA or the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 as relevant (where the meaning set out for the term “request” will...
