The Parties will pay for the provisioning cost of Transport facilities for the exchange of traffic from its network to the POI, as described in Appendix A. 4.1.3 The Parties agree there will be a separate and distinct Trunk groups for both Local Traffic, and for ISP Bound Traffic if required by Section 5.1. 4.1.4 If CENTURYLINK chooses to self provision its own Transport facilities or lease them from CITIZENS, or any other third party provider, the same physical facility may be used for Local Traffic, INTRALATA VoIP-PSTN Traffic, ISP Bound Traffic and Tandem Transit Traffic, as mutually agreed to by the Parties.
