Description of Services to be Performed by the Contractor. Replace the old CCTV Monitors and Quad Splitter at the PES Security desk station and upgrade to a computer based viewing station of the PES cameras at the San Mateo County Health Campus.
Description of Services to be Performed by the Contractor. Contractor will provide media services to the County of San Mateo and any other related service as deemed appropriate by the Human Services Agency Director or her designee. Specifically the contractor shall: (1) Provide ongoing marketing consultation; (2) Upon review and approval of the marketing plan recommendations by the Workforce Development staff will execute (3) Produce print ads and print collaterals such as brochures, flyers, transit advertising, TV public service spot announcements to be placed with local TV and cable outlets, radio spots, outdoor signage.
Description of Services to be Performed by the Contractor. In consultation with the Deputy County Manager for Intergovernmental and Public Affairs and the Board of Supervisors Legislative Committee and in coordination with ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of ▇▇▇▇▇ & Duplissea, the Contractor’s duties shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
1. As the County’s primary state legislative advocate, coordinate on all matters with ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.
2. Work with the County staff and the Legislative Committee to develop a system of “key contacts” in agencies throughout the County, including training programs on the legislative process;
3. Work with County staff and the Legislative Committee to develop the County’s proactive Legislative Program, which will include legislative and regulatory proposals the County would sponsor, key priorities and general policies. In developing the Legislative Program, Contractor duties should include a preliminary assessment of the likelihood of success of the proposed proposals, priorities and policies as well as recommendations for issues not identified by staff;
4. For County-sponsored issues, work with County staff to draft legislation, to develop and implement strategies for passage through the Legislature and for signature by the Governor, and to secure the introduction (including finding needed authors) and passage of such legislative proposals;
5. Continuously monitor, identify, analyze and track state legislation, budget issues, funding opportunities and administrative/regulatory changes to determine the impacts on the County;
6. Attend and monitor all relevant legislative committee hearings and budget negotiations on behalf of the County to determine the impacts on the County and advance the County’s interests;
7. Alert the County and its delegation to the relevant state legislation, budget issues, funding opportunities and administrative/regulatory changes, the anticipated impacts of those issues on the County and other appropriate information;
8. In a timely manner, provide leadership, advice and legislative assistance in the development, evolution and implementation of County positions regarding State legislative and administrative issues;
9. Provide regular and timely recommendations on County positions and actions related to state and administrative issues;

Description of Services to be Performed by the Contractor. In consideration of the payments described in Exhibit B, Contractor will provide pharmaceutical services and infusion services to patients of Burlingame Long Term Care (BLTC).
Description of Services to be Performed by the Contractor. In full consideration of the payments herein provided for, Contractor shall provide Day Treatment Intensive Services, Day Treatment Rehabilitative Services, Medication Support Services, Crisis Intervention, and Mental Health Services, authorized by the San Mateo County Division of Mental Health, and as meet medical necessity. These services shall be provided in manner prescribed by the laws of California and in accord with the applicable laws, titles, rules, and regulations, including quality improvement requirements of the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇/Medi-Cal Program. The San Mateo County Mental Health Services Documentation Manual is included herein by reference. To the extent that there is inconsistency between a provision in the San Mateo County Mental Health Services Documentation Manual and this Agreement, the provision in the San Mateo County Mental Health Services Documentation Manual shall prevail. All payments under this Agreement must directly support services specified in this Agreement. These services are provided to a distinct group of seriously emotionally disturbed children and adolescents and occur in a therapeutic, organized and structured setting.

1. General Description of Services
a. The Day Treatment (Intensive/Rehabilitative) Services (Full-day) programs, Medication Support Services, Mental Health Services and Crisis Intervention shall collectively be referred to herein as “Services”.
b. As of the date of this Agreement Contractor provides Day Treatment Intensive Services (Full-day) for severely emotionally disturbed children/youth, and does not provide Day Treatment Rehabilitative Services.

Description of Services to be Performed by the Contractor. Replace the old defective analog wall mount and monitor used to view identification of persons requesting entry into the Pharmacy. The new monitor will be a 15” flat panel LCD color monitor mounted to the wall with a new black flat panel swivel adjustable wall mount and brackets. The new monitor will be connected to the existing camera outside the pharmacy in the hallway to view the persons at the doorway. JCI will include connectors and installation performed during normal business hours.
