Common use of Design and Plan Clause in Contracts

Design and Plan. i. Developer shall develop the Property in accordance with the Development Approvals. The Parties anticipate that the Development Approvals may be revised to finalize permitting and construction documents, with the approval of both Parties, without the necessity of an amendment to this Agreement. ii. Developer shall submit an amendment to the final plat for the Property defining and subdividing the Building D lot.
