Design Control. SAMPLE a. Design activities are not normally within the Design-Builder's work scope. This element must be considered, however, if any design activity is contemplated. If no design activity is contemplated, the CQP should include a statement of non-applicability of this element.
Design Control. 5.2.1 The formulation of the product shall be the responsibility of the Project Manager. The Project manager shall work with Business Development and Field Technicians to ensure the trials of new product are conducted and documented per released procedures.
Design Control. Project Manager will advise the architect and engineer of the Project Budget and will consult with the architect and engineer during the design process to maintain a design that is consistent with the Project Budget. Project Manager will coordinate and record all design decisions. This includes working with the architect and engineer and contractor to provide value-engineering services during the design, bid and construction process.
Design Control. (a) Contractor shall document feasibility, outline and detailed designs as appropriate to the circumstances. All designs, drawing and calculations shall be checked and shall be traceable to information sources, assumptions choices made, designer and verifier. (b) Designs shall be reviewed by Contractor and any corrections needed made, before submission to Customer. Such reviews shall include examination of all interfacing features and of testing requirements. (c) Changes to designs shall be controlled according to the CADM Plan.

Design Control. ACCIN is responsible for the finished medical device and the components provided by SUPPLIER. SUPPLIER shall make no change in any design feature without prior written approval of ACCIN Engineering and Quality Assurance. During CPI product release authorization for commercialization, ZIEN shall transfer all design control records to CPI for retention and maintenance into the post-market surveillance phase.
Design Control. Customer shall be the sole design authority for the Products and as such may issue, from time to time, Engineering Change Notices [ECNs]. Customer shall retain engineering control over the entire Product, including Components, sub-assemblies and all other data and material. Manufacturer shall provide on request, to the Technical Coordinator of Customer, process information and specifications, Bills of Materials, updated versions of all drawings, tool drawings, manufacturing and test documentation, software, and other Information as may be reasonably required for the manufacture of the Products ("Manufacturing Data") promptly after such material has been created and thereafter at the request of Customers Program Coordinator. Such information shall be furnished in English.

Works with Engineers to develop design input into the disposition of discrepant materials and product. Provides corresponding analysis and documentation to the requests of Engineering.
