DESIGN FOR CONSTRUCTION Sample Clauses

The "Design for Construction" clause establishes the requirements and standards for the design phase of a construction project. It typically outlines the responsibilities of the designer or contractor to ensure that all plans, drawings, and specifications are suitable for actual construction, comply with relevant codes, and are coordinated with other project elements.
