Design Implementation and Submittals. 6.3.1.1 DBT, through the qualified and licensed design professionals identified in its Proposal shall prepare designs, Plans, and specifications in accordance with the Contract Documents. DBT shall cause the Engineers of Record, as applicable, for the Project to sign and seal all RFC Plans. 6.3.1.2 DBT shall deliver to KYTC accurate and complete duplicates of all interim, revised, and final Design Documents (including the RFC Plans), and

DBT shall cause the Engineers of Record, as applicable, for the Project to sign and seal all RFC Plans. 6.3.1.2 DBT shall deliver to KYTC accurate and complete duplicates of all interim, revised, and final Design Documents (including the RFC Plans), andand Construction Documents within seven days after DBT completes preparation thereof. DBT shall construct the Project in accordance with the approved RFC Plans and the Construction Documents.
