Determination of Available Transfer Capability Clause Samples

The Determination of Available Transfer Capability clause defines the process and criteria for calculating the amount of electric power that can be reliably transferred over a transmission network at any given time. This typically involves assessing current system conditions, planned outages, and existing commitments to ensure that additional transfers do not compromise system reliability. By establishing a clear methodology for determining transfer capability, the clause helps prevent overloading of the transmission system and ensures fair and transparent access for all market participants.
