Developing as a Professional Educator. The evaluation shall be based upon the unit member’s eclectic approach to instructional methodology and shall be subject to review at any time during the school year by either the unit member or the evaluator. Nothing herein shall preclude the evaluator or evaluatee from proposing or requiring additional elements of the standards to be added subsequent to the initial evaluation conference if it is noted on the observation form and discussed in the post observation conference.
