Differential Payment. PROVIDER understands that subject to appropriation by the Legislature, the PROVIDER may receive a differential payment based on the PROVIDER’s performance designation in accordance with s. 1002.68(4)(e), F.S.
Differential Payment. A night shift employee shall be paid a weekly night shift differential in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the employee’s basic weekly wage rate. The daily night shift differential shall be one-fifth (1/5) of the weekly differential.

If the Proceeds are at least $6,300,000.00 but not greater than $7,700,000.00, no differential payment in respect of the Proceeds shall be payable by either the Stockholder or the Company
Differential Payment. (a) In the event that a transaction resulting from an Applicable Takeover Proposal (as hereinafter defined) is consummated during the Restricted Period (as hereinafter defined), then the Stockholder shall pay to Alcatel an amount (the "Differential Payment"), equal to 90% of the difference between (x) the Takeover Transaction Consideration (as hereinafter defined) paid to the Stockholder pursuant to the terms of such Applicable Takeover Proposal minus (y) the fair market value of the Merger Consideration which would have been payable to the Stockholder pursuant to the Merger Agreement. Differential Payment. With respect to any particular Product, if GENE’s Late Contribution Level is greater than its Early Contribution Level, it shall pay Amgen the ***** the Early Development Costs due pursuant to its election under Section 4.2 and those Early Development Costs that it would have paid had it contributed to Early Development Costs at the Late Contribution Level (the “Differential Payment”), ***** which will be the greater of (i) such Differential Payment ***** or (ii) $***** if GENE increases its contribution from ***** $***** if GENE increases its contribution from *****%.   • Differential Pay Section 1( A). Geographic Area Pay. Classifications C4115, C4116, C4207, C4209, C4211, C4213, C4215, C4221, C4223, C4225: Prevailing basic rates in specific geographical areas for employment of limited duration less than one hundred twenty (120) days will be approved. Employees paid at such rates will not be eligible for vacation, sick leave or holiday benefits. Such rates will be paid only for construction work.

  • Shift Differential Pay SECTION 1: In addition to compensation provided by the wage schedule, employees working between the hours of 3:00 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. shall be paid a shift differential premium of $.45 (forty-five cents) per hour in addition to the regular pay for those hours.   • Bilingual Differential When formally assigned in the employee’s position description, an employee assigned to interpret to or from another language to English will receive a differential of five percent (5%) of base pay.
