Digital Wallet Service implies. 30.1.1 the following services with the help of TBC Wallet/Apple Pay/Garmin Pay without client’s appearance in the Bank, using program module/application (hereinafter ”the software”), downloaded (installed) in his/her mobile phone and/or Garmin watch (hereinafter “Smartwatch”): 30.1.1.1 Performance of various banking operations/cash withdrawal in/from ATM/POS Terminal/fast payment terminals (with the contactless transaction support) within the limits set by the Bank (without using plastic card); 30.1.1.2 Receipt of information (identified by the Bank) on banking operations, performed through the software. 30.1.2 The procedure of activation of Digital Wallet in the mobile phone and/or Smartwatch), necessary requirements for using the software and the rules of using the software are described in details in the information materials, placed on the Bank’s web-page ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ . 30.1.3 The terms of this Agreement apply to Digital Wallet service.

  • Network Interface Device 2.7.1 The NID is defined as any means of interconnection of the customer’s premises wiring to BellSouth’s distribution plant, such as a cross-connect device used for that purpose. The NID is a single line termination device or that portion of a multiple line termination device required to terminate a single line or circuit at the premises. Each chamber or division contains the appropriate connection points or posts to which the service provider and the customer each make their connections. The NID provides a protective ground connection and is capable of terminating cables such as twisted pair cable. 2.7.2 BellSouth shall permit NewPhone to connect NewPhone’s Loop facilities to the customer’s premises wiring through the BellSouth NID or at any other technically feasible point.

  • Verizon OSS Services 8.2.1 Upon request by PNG, Verizon shall provide to PNG Verizon OSS Services. Such Verizon OSS Services will be provided in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. 8.2.2 Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, Verizon Operations Support Systems, Verizon Operations Support Systems functions, Verizon OSS Facilities, Verizon OSS Information, and the Verizon OSS Services that will be offered by Verizon, shall be as determined by Verizon. Subject to the requirements of Applicable Law, Verizon shall have the right to change Verizon Operations Support Systems, Verizon Operations Support Systems functions, Verizon OSS Facilities, Verizon OSS Information, and the Verizon OSS Services, from time-to-time, without the consent of PNG. 8.2.3 To the extent required by Applicable Law, in providing Verizon OSS Services to PNG, Verizon will comply with Verizon’s applicable OSS Change Management Guidelines, as such Guidelines are modified from time-to-time, including, but not limited to, the provisions of the Guidelines related to furnishing notice of changes in Verizon OSS Services. Verizon’s OSS Change Management Guidelines will be set out on a Verizon website.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.
