Dispatch Coordination Clause Samples

The Dispatch Coordination clause establishes the procedures and responsibilities for managing the scheduling and delivery of goods or services between parties. Typically, it outlines how parties will communicate dispatch instructions, coordinate timing, and resolve any conflicts or changes in delivery schedules. This clause ensures that both sides are aligned on logistics, minimizing delays and misunderstandings, and ultimately facilitates smooth and efficient fulfillment of contractual obligations.

Ninety (90) days prior to the initial startup of the Plant, Seller shall provide to Buyer a schedule of dispatch for the Plant during the commissioning period, including expected net plant output, duration of the commissioning activity and expected fuel usage. Within thirty (30) days of the initial startup of the Plant, Seller shall provide to Buyer an update to this schedule and thereafter on a weekly basis until Substantial Completion is achieved. Seller shall also provide 72 hours’ advance notice to Buyer of the planned Pant dispatch profile including net plant output, duration of the commissioning period and expected fuel usage.
Dispatch Coordination. The agencies to this agreement will coordinate fire management activities and resource movement (subject to the availability of agency resources) through the Geographic Coordination Center (GACC), as appropriate. Agencies to this agreement have discretion to move resources independent of the GACC. During joint projects and incidents, public information will be coordinated and will occur on an interagency basis to the extent possible. Local Operating Plans will document agreements and arrangements with local fire service organizations and agreed responsibilities. Local fire service participation in support of Washington interagency incident management teams will be coordinated and paid through WDNR if not covered by a federal agreement. Local fire service participation on national incident management teams will be coordinated and paid through agreements between the local fire service and local federal agency. In Washington, when the Mobilization Act is declared, local fire service resources will be dispatched though the Washington State Patrol Fire Protection Bureau. In Oregon, mobilization of local fire service organizations outside of their jurisdictional boundaries under the Conflagration Act will be coordinated by the office of the Oregon State Fire Marshal.

Dispatch Coordination. 1. MCC will provide for a dispatch/coordination program through joint interagency use of fire resources within the zone of influence. This includes the signatory agencies to this operating plan as well as the following counties: Big Horn, Carter, Custer, Dawson, Fallon, Garfield, McCone, Powder River, Prairie, Richland, Rosebud, Wibaux Counties in Montana and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, South Dakota. 2. Implement the closest forces concept when dispatching initial attack resources. 3. Use the Inter-GACC Neighborhood Plan to improve the efficiency and cost effectiveness of firefighting efforts by increasing the availability and mobility of firefighting resources to include fixed wing aircraft, helicopters, engines, hand crews and overhead beyond Geographical boundaries. This plan provides MCC the authority to directly utilize the resources of adjoining Dispatch Centers across GACC boundaries. The Centers are Great Plains Dispatch in Rapid City, South Dakota and Casper Dispatch in Wyoming. Utilization of these plans are particularly valuable during preparedness levels 3, 4 and 5 when resources may not be able to commit to a 14 day assignment but can assist neighbors for a negotiated shorter period of time.

Dispatch Coordination. MEA shall provide Chugach as much advance notice as possible of EGS commissioning activities, but no later than 9:00 AM for commissioning activities for the next day. All modifications to the day-ahead schedule shall be provided to Chugach between 8 AM and 3 PM on business days. MEA may make two intraday changes to the dispatch schedule each day of the commissioning activities when a single unit is scheduled for testing and one intraday change when multiple units are scheduled to be run simultaneously provided that the change is provided to Chugach between 8 AM and 3 PM on business days. Due to the unique functional design of the engines, these units will sometimes deviate from the power dispatch schedule while conducting operational testing of the fuel switching process. This may result in the unit’s temporary shut down and then restarting to continue testing of that scheduled test dispatch. MEA will inform Chugach when test dispatch conditions change and the generating units require a short restart. This is not considered to be an intraday change, as the resumption of the test will continue at the scheduled output and duration. MEA and Chugach will provide each other in advance with a direct phone contact person and phone number(s) for both day ahead and intraday coordination of activities and will update those numbers immediately if they change.
