DISPATCH SERVICE AGREEMENT Sample Clauses

A Dispatch Service Agreement is a contract that outlines the terms under which one party provides dispatching services to another, typically in the context of transportation or logistics. This agreement specifies the responsibilities of the dispatch service provider, such as coordinating shipments, managing schedules, and communicating with drivers or carriers on behalf of the client. By clearly defining the scope of services, payment terms, and performance expectations, the agreement helps ensure efficient operations and minimizes misunderstandings between the parties.
