The Dissemination and Communication clause defines how information, results, or findings related to an agreement or project may be shared with external parties. Dissemination and communication. Upon signature of the BDCCH and LA Agreement, precise instructions will be given to the Colombian State Armed Forces and FARC-EP structures for them to implement the necessary acts for the commencement of the BDCCH and LA.

Any communication or publication of the Beneficiary shall clearly indicate that the project has received funding from the European Union and the TERMINET Consortium, therefore displaying the EU and TERMINET logo on all printed and digital material, including websites and press releases. Moreover, beneficiaries will agree that certain information regarding the projects selected for funding can be used by TERMINET Consortium for communication purposes. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as conferring rights to use in advertising, publicity or otherwise the name of any of the TERMINET Consortium Members or any of their logos or trademarks without their prior written approval.
Dissemination and communication. The SUBGRANTEE shall, throughout the duration of the sub-project, take appropriate measures to engage with the public and the media about the EXPERIMENT and to highlight the financial support of the European Commission and the KYKLOS 4.0 project. Each Party agrees that any dissemination activity (including publications, presentations, or contributions to any standards organisation) by the SUBGRANTEE is subject to the prior notification to the Funding Partner and/or the Beneficiary concerned, as the case may be. This obligation to use the European emblem in respect of projects to which the EC contributes implies no right of exclusive use. It is subject to general third- party use restrictions which do not permit the appropriation of the emblem, or of any similar trademark or logo, whether by registration or by any other means. Under these conditions, the SUBGRANTEE is exempt from the obligation to obtain prior permission from the EC to use the emblem. • Specify that it reflects only the author’s views and that the EC is not liable for any use that may be made of the information contained therein. We will have a website, general publications, and summer schools.   • Information and communication The Parties shall support the development of modern methods of information handling, including the media, and stimulate the effective mutual exchange of information. Priority shall be given to programmes aimed at providing the general public with basic information about the Community and the Republic of Azerbaijan, including, where possible, access to databases, in full respect of intellectual property rights.

  • Press Releases and Communications No press release or public announcement related to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated herein, or prior to the Closing, any other announcement or communication to the employees, customers or suppliers of the Companies related to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated herein, shall be issued or made by any party hereto without the joint written approval of the Buyer and the Representative, unless required by law (in the reasonable opinion of counsel) in which case the Buyer and the Representative shall have the right to review such press release, announcement or communication prior to its issuance, distribution or publication.

  • Fund Communications The Service Provider shall, upon request by the Fund, on each business day, report the number of shares on which the transfer agency fee is to be paid pursuant to this Agreement. The Service Provider shall also provide the Fund with a monthly invoice.

  • Agreement Administration and Communications A.
