Doctor’s Notes Sample Clauses
The "Doctor’s Notes" clause requires an employee to provide written documentation from a licensed medical professional to verify absences due to illness or injury. Typically, this clause specifies when such notes are needed, such as after a certain number of consecutive sick days or for specific types of leave, and may outline acceptable formats or submission procedures. Its core function is to ensure that requests for medical leave are legitimate, helping employers manage attendance and prevent abuse of sick leave policies.
