Documents Received. The undersigned (the “Subscriber”) hereby acknowledges having received and carefully read (a) this Subscription Agreement (the “Subscription Agreement”) of Inspired Entertainment, Inc. (formerly known as Hydra Industries Acquisition Corp.), a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and (b) the Company’s Proxy Statement dated November 21, 2016 with respect to the special meeting of stockholders of the Company, which includes, among other things, certain information regarding the business combination between the Company and Inspired Gaming Group.

Documents Received. Lender shall have received such other documents in ------------------ connection therewith as shall be required hereunder or provided for herein, all in form and substance satisfactory to Lender.

Documents Received. The employee declares: 1. that he/she has received a signed copy of the employment contract from the employer; 2. that a copy of the Collective Labour Agreement for General Practitioner Care and the pension rules of the Pensioenfonds voor Zorg en Welzijn (PFZW) pension fund have been made available to him/her, in digital form or otherwise;

Documents Received. Purchaser has received from the Company a copy of (i) the Company's Prospectus dated May 27, 1997 relating to an offering of shares of the Company's Common Stock by certain selling stockholders, which Prospectus was included in the Company's Registration Statement on Form S-3 (Registration No. 333-17829) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") and declared effective by the SEC on May 27, 1997 and (ii) such other documents and other written information regarding the finances, operations, business and prospects of the Company as Purchaser shall have requested.

Documents Received. Each Tessera Stockholder acknowledges receipt of copies of the Merger Agreement, including all schedules and exhibits thereto, and of Parent's Public Information (as defined in the Merger Agreement).

Documents Received. The Subscriber has been furnished with a copy of the most recent periodic reports filed by the Company with the SEC and any document requested by the Subscriber, and the Subscriber has carefully read and understands such materials and has evaluated the risks of an acquisition of the Securities.

Documents Received. The Stockholder acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Merger Agreement, including all schedules and exhibits thereto. ARTICLE III

Documents Received. The employee declares: 1. that he/she has received a signed copy of the training/employment contract from the employer; 2. that a copy of the Collective Labour Agreement for General Practitioner Care and the pension rules of the Pensioenfonds voor Zorg en Welzijn (PFZW) pension fund have been made available to him/her, in digital form or otherwise; 3. that he/she has taken note of the arrangements and provisions in the annex (information and further agreements relating to the training) - optionally also including study costs clause - and that he/she understands and agrees to the contents and consequences, potential and otherwise, of that contract. 4. << List any other attached/relevant documents, such as code of conduct, staff manual, etc. >>

Documents Received. Each of the Purchasers has received, reviewed and is familiar with Company's business plan, the operating plan, financial statements and projections and has had an opportunity to ask questions and receive answers from Company concerning those documents.
