The DRIVING ROUTES clause establishes the specific paths or routes that must be followed when transporting goods or performing services involving vehicle travel. DRIVING ROUTES. All bus driving runs, including the regular morning pick up and night take-home, shuttles, etc. will be posted and bid according to seniority. The bidding meeting will be announced in advance, and employees must be present to bid unless they have made arrangements with the supervisor. Shuttles shall be defined as the transport of students between educational facilities. The Employer shall post regular routes for bid once per year. Such bid shall be as follows: 1. During the 4th week of August, a safety meeting will be held to hand out new student lists with any changes for the coming school year. Every driver will drive the route they bid on the previous year. In the 3rd week of school all routes will be timed. In the 4th week of school, the Employer shall post for bid all regular routes, shuttles, etc. and conduct a meeting where employees shall bid for available work. 2. The notice of bid for such routes shall include the detail of the route, expected time to complete the route, and a notation of any changes in the route(s) since the end of the preceding school year.

Management has right to adjust hours after fall student count up to the three and one-half (3.5) hour minimum. e. It is agreed that adjustments to established bus routes may occur any time up to the annual start of each school year. Additional bus routes may occur based on student enrollment. A route consists of a regular a.m. run and p.m. run in which students are transported to and from school.

For the 1997-98 school year any low seniority driver who cannot bid a route due to implementation of double runs, employee will be considered a full time employee classified as a permanent sub (until a route opens) and paid at his/her current hourly rate. If daily schedules revert back to single runs. prior double run language is voided.

  • Routes All bus stops and bus routes will be mutually agreed upon prior to the start of the school year. Additional stops will not be added until approved by Boys & Girls Clubs and reviewed for safety and approved by the School Board’s Transportation Department. Route changes, if approved, will require seven (7) calendar days from the date of request to the date of implementation. Special needs transportation requests must be made a minimum of fourteen (14) days prior to the requested date of implementation.

  • Traffic The provisions in this Section apply regardless how the ISP-bound traffic is determined.

  • Sleeping Room Rate(s) A. The Contractor shall provide sleeping rooms to the Attendees at the following rate during the Program: i. For single occupancy room, $@@@.@@ per night per room. B. The Contractor agrees that it will waive all applicable taxes and surcharges for Attendees listed on the Master Account Approval List, pursuant to the Hotel/Motel Transient Occupancy Tax Waiver (Exemption Certificate for State Agencies) form signed by the Judicial Council and included in this Agreement in Exhibit H. C. The Contractor may ▇▇▇▇ tax and/or surcharges, and/or tourism fees, if any, in addition to as included in the sleeping room rate, as set forth in this provision. D. The Contractor shall extend the sleeping room rate to Attendees two (2) Days before the Program and two (2) Days after the Program based on availability.

  • Signaling protocol 4.1.3.1 SS7 Signaling is AT&T-21STATE’s preferred method for signaling. Where MF signaling is currently used, the Parties agree to use their best efforts to convert to SS7. If SS7 services are provided by AT&T-21STATE, they will be provided in accordance with the provisions of the applicable access tariffs. 4.1.3.2 Where MF signaling is currently used, the Parties agree to interconnect their networks using MF or dual tone MF (DTMF) signaling, subject to availability at the End Office Switch or Tandem Switch at which Interconnection occurs. The Parties acknowledge that the use of MF signaling may not be optimal. AT&T-21STATE will not be responsible for correcting any undesirable characteristics, service problems or performance problems that are associated with MF/SS7 inter-working or the signaling protocol required for Interconnection with CLEC employing MF signaling.

  • Climb cruise and descent performance associated with the Guarantees will include allowances for normal electrical load and for normal engine air bleed and power extraction associated with maximum cabin differential pressure as defined in Section 21-30.31 of the Specification. Cabin air conditioning management during performance demonstration as described in Subparagraph 5.3 below may be such as to optimize the Aircraft performance while meeting the minimum air conditioning requirements defined above. Unless otherwise stated no air will be bled from the engines for anti-icing.
