E-mail and Other Communication Devices Clause Samples

The "E-mail and Other Communication Devices" clause defines the rules and expectations for using electronic communication tools, such as email, instant messaging, and company-provided devices, within the context of the agreement. It typically outlines acceptable use policies, specifies whether communications may be monitored, and clarifies ownership of messages or data sent through these channels. By establishing clear guidelines, this clause helps prevent misuse of communication systems, protects confidential information, and ensures compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
