E-Verify System Clause Samples

The E-Verify System clause requires employers to use the federal E-Verify program to confirm the employment eligibility of their employees. In practice, this means that after hiring, the employer must electronically verify each new employee’s identity and authorization to work in the United States using the E-Verify database. This clause helps ensure compliance with immigration laws and reduces the risk of employing unauthorized workers, thereby protecting the employer from potential legal penalties.
