EARLY RETURN TO Clause Samples

The "EARLY RETURN TO" clause establishes the conditions under which a party must return to a specified location or status before the originally agreed-upon time. In practice, this clause might require a tenant to vacate a property, an employee to resume work, or equipment to be returned ahead of schedule if certain triggers occur, such as breach of contract, unforeseen events, or mutual agreement. Its core function is to provide flexibility and protection for the parties by allowing for an earlier-than-planned return, thereby addressing situations where continuing under the original terms is no longer feasible or desirable.
