EFAST PROGRAM CONTRACTOR SUPPORT. The Government utilizes contractors, who are not MOA holders, to provide contracting/acquisition and information technology support to the eFAST program. These contractors do not perform inherently governmental functions in accordance with Section G.6 of this MOA. Contractor personnel must sign Non-Disclosure of Information Agreements (Attachment J-7), certifying that they will not disclose any procurement sensitive or proprietary business information obtained in the course of their duties and will comply with the Government’s confidentiality of data and information requirements.
EFAST PROGRAM CONTRACTOR SUPPORT. The Government intends to utilize a Contractor to provide contract/acquisition support for this MOA and resultant contracts. Contractor personnel will not be performing inherently governmental functions (e.g., negotiating on behalf of the Government, signing contractual documents, acting as eFAST COR, etc.). Contractor employees may be required to sign Attachment J-7 (Non-Disclosure of Information Agreements), certifying that they will not disclose any procurement sensitive or proprietary business information obtained in the course of their duties and will use such information only for official purposes in the performance of contract support.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Customer Support If Customer is entitled to receive Customer Support as part of a separately purchased Service Plan, Sage warrants that while Customer’s Service Plan is in effect and if it has paid all required Service Plan fees, Sage will use qualified personnel to provide Customer Support in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Customer’s sole remedy under this section 5.2 is limited to Sage’s re-performance of the Customer Support services giving rise to Customer’s claim.

  • Contractor Services Emerald has contracted, on an exclusive basis, with official contractors to provide certain services for the Event. Service companies other than the official contractors will not be allowed to perform any of these exclusive services. Non-exclusive services may be performed by exhibitor-appointed contractors (“EACs”) within certain guidelines. Please refer to the Exhibitor Service Manual for a listing of exclusive services and EAC guidelines.

  • Software Support During the Term, Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide all Software updates and qualified Software upgrades in accordance with the terms of the Service Contract as such materials become commercially available for distribution. Purchaser’s use of all Software, updates, and upgrades of Software shall be subject to this Agreement, the Original Terms, and the applicable ▇▇▇▇.

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).
