Software Support definition

Software Support means technical support and maintenance services for the Software licensed under this Agreement as described in Perforce’s then-current Software Support policy available on Perforce’s website, and any new releases to the Software for which Licensee is paying the Software Support fee.
Software Support means those services defined in this SSA.
Software Support. AG Global means the Supplier’s Global Support Organization providing the support and maintenance services for the respective Customer.

Examples of Software Support in a sentence

  • No agreement between Customer and an authorized reseller is binding on Graylog or will have any force or effect with respect to the rights in, or the operation, use or provision of, the Software, Support Services or Hosted Services.

  • FTR will (i) provide Client with access to any bug fixes, patches and error corrections that FTR generally releases to other customers of the FTR Offerings, (ii) use commercially reasonable endeavors to provide the SaaS Services, and (iii) provide Software Support as as described in a separate Statement of Work.

  • This Order Form is subject to the terms and conditions above, which constitutes the Software Support Agreement between the Client and QSI.


More Definitions of Software Support

Software Support means technical support and maintenance services for the Software, and any new releases to the Software for which a licensee is paying the Software Support fee, whether separately for perpetual licenses of the Software, or as included in the subscription license fee for the Software, as applicable.
Software Support means any additional services provided by Jarrison Systems which may include, amongst other services, customer support and/or training; Commercially reasonable efforts by Jarrison Systems to remedy defects in the product (if any) will be made free of charge by (i) providing a bug fix, patch or workaround procedure, and/or (ii) incorporating a permanent Defect correction in the next Update of the Software.
Software Support means support for Questionmark OnPremise Software, as further described in Clause 4.
Software Support. The term "Software Support" shall mean the software support services for the Licensed Software, as such services are described on Schedule B hereto.
Software Support means the CITY/DISTRICT’s Human Resources Department staff or any other CITY/DISTRICT staff so designated by the CITY/DISTRICT’s Human Resources Director to provide day to day support to CLIENT agencies during Normal Working Hours.
Software Support means the support services provided by Licensor in connection with Failures (as defined in the Software Support Terms) in the Software.
Software Support means responding to a reasonable amount of technical questions regarding the Software via telephone, facsimile, electronic mail or the World Wide Web.
