Effective Date of Reclassification. The effective date of reclassifications which result from the process set forth in this Article will be retroactive to the beginning date of the pay period after the date the Local 6070 Bargaining Unit Member first submitted their review to their supervisor.
Effective Date of Reclassification. Reclassification of a position or positions shall become effective on November 1 of the reclassification year. (b) Where an employee leaves the employ of the Employer and the position held by the employee is reclassified upward, and the effective date of the reclassification is established at a date when the employee was employed in that position by the Employer, the employee is entitled to the pay increase from the effective date of the reclassification until the date he/she left the position and/or the employ of the Employer.

If Management reclassifies an employee's position to a higher grade and the employee is eligible for non-competitive promotion to the higher grade, the implementing personnel action will become effective as soon as possible but no later than four (4) pay periods following the reclassification action.
