Elementary and Secondary Levels. $ consolidate and develop minority-language education services; $ support the development of innovative minority-language education programs and services and the introduction of measures to increase the minority group’s access to postsecondary education services in its own language, especially through new communications technologies; $ consolidate and develop immersion programs and support their development; $ support the development of innovative second-language instruction approaches and programs, and support their implementation, especially through new communications technologies; $ facilitate the development and production of curriculum-based educational resources to promote curriculum implementation at the elementary and secondary levels in Ontario’s French schools and for immersion students; $ develop support and training materials to help parents participate in their children’s education; $ provide better training for teachers responsible for delivering language skills programs in a minority setting; $ provide better training for teachers responsible for the identity-building process in students in a minority setting; $ ensure that there are enough people with the necessary qualifications to teach at the elementary and secondary levels; $ improve students’ oral communication skills and promote greater awareness of Francophone culture through the Official Language Monitor Program; and $ ensure access to a variety of educational television programs and multimedia programs developed by TFO to meet the needs of the Franco-Ontarian educational community in accordance with the Ontario curriculum.

  • Geographic Area and Sector Specific Allowances, Conditions and Exceptions The following allowances and conditions shall apply where relevant. Where the Employer does work which falls under the following headings, the Employer agrees to pay and observe the relevant respective conditions and/or exceptions set out below in each case.

  • Overhead Rates The Engineer shall use the provisional overhead rate indicated in Attachment E. If a periodic escalation of the provisional overhead rate is specified in Attachment E, the effective date of the revised provisional overhead rate must be included. For lump sum contracts, the overhead rate remains unchanged for the entire contract period.

  • Measuring EPP parameters Every 5 minutes, EPP probes will select one “IP address” of the EPP servers of the TLD being monitored and make an “EPP test”; every time they should alternate between the 3 different types of commands and between the commands inside each category. If an “EPP test” result is undefined/unanswered, the EPP service will be considered as unavailable from that probe until it is time to make a new test.

  • Mileage Measurement Where required, the mileage measurement for LIS rate elements is determined in the same manner as the mileage measurement for V&H methodology as outlined in NECA Tariff No. 4.

  • Usage Measurement Usage measurement for calls shall begin when answer supervision or equivalent Signaling System 7 (SS7) message is received from the terminating office and shall end at the time of call disconnect by the calling or called subscriber, whichever occurs first.
