Elevators and Escalators. Escalators and elevators shall be operational during all times Stations are open to Users. Concessionaire shall initiate actions to recover Users stranded in elevators no more than 30 minutes after the time when the elevator became stranded, and release those Users from the stranded elevator no more than 90 minutes after the time when the elevator became stranded.
Elevators and Escalators. Elevators shall be cleaned daily of trash, litter, chewing gum, and other contaminants. Glass surfaces shall be free from dirt both inside and outside of the elevator cab. Escalator combing and side panels shall be kept clear of trash, litter, chewing gum and self- adhesive stickers daily. Escalator side panels shall be cleaned no less than weekly with disinfectant.
Elevators and Escalators. 1. Elevator carpet will be vacuumed daily, spot cleaned as required. 2. Exterior doors and trim will be dusted and fingerprint and smudges removed daily. 3. Fingerprints and smudges will be removed daily from the interior metal doors and panels. 4. Ceiling will be dusted daily and wiped down monthly. 5. Elevator thresholds will be brushed clean and polished daily. 6. Escalator skirts and trim will be dusted nightly and polished washed monthly. 7. Escalator treads will be cleaned weekly with a specialized escalator machine.
Elevators and Escalators. Landlord shall at all times provide adequate elevator service (including three (3) passenger elevators and one (1) service elevator) serving the Building, subject to Landlord’s reasonable security regulations. Landlord reserves the right to shut down one (1) elevator at a time for service.
Elevators and Escalators. Insofar as is possible (i.e., barring true emergency repairs), the HOTEL will keep all of its elevators and escalators in full operation on a 24-hour basis throughout the Conference. HOTEL engineers will be available on a 24-hour basis for restarting stopped escalators or elevators at no charge to COSTUME-CON. Should breakdown occur, the HOTEL shall effect repairs as soon as possible. COSTUME-CON is aware that elevators may be serviced by an outside agency. It is, however, expected that the HOTEL will inform its maintenance vendor(s) in advance of the Conference so that, should failure occur, they will be available for service. COSTUME-CON shall not be responsible for the cost of maintenance or repair before, during, or after the Conference. Elevators shall not be taken out of service for routine maintenance during the Conference. All elevators shall be in proper working order prior to the start of the Conference.

Clean and /or polish doors, walls, thresholds, handrails, jamb and panels. 2. All saddles and door tracks will be wiped clean and vacuumed removing all debris and stains. All dirt and debris is to be removed from door tracks, including portion beyond door openings visible when door is in open position, using brush, vacuum and/or edging tool. Push buttons will be cleaned and malfunctions reported. 3. Saddles and tracks will be left in a uniformly, bright, clean condition. 4. Vacuum and spot clean elevator carpets. 5. Except in freight elevator cabs, machine buff hard floor surfaces as needed. 6. Clean escalator steps, rails and ▇▇▇▇▇ nightly. 7. Dust mop with untreated mop; remove all gum and foreign debris. 8. Remove empty boxed materials from freight elevator lobby.
Elevators and Escalators. Concessionaire shall perform preventative maintenance on escalators or elevators in accordance with Maintenance Plans. Such maintenance shall not be performed during Peak Periods unless Owner agrees in writing that the planned Work cannot be completed in an available off-peak period and cannot be sub-divided into separate work periods that individually can be completed in successive off-peak periods. A minimum of one elevator shall be in service at all times at every Platform. Each escalator shall provide 93% availability at each Station when the Purple Line System is scheduled to be open to Users as measured on an annual average basis. Elevators shall provide 98% availability for the Purple Line System when the Purple Line System is scheduled to be open to Users as measured on an annual average basis. In addition, at each Station where an elevator is provided and maintained by the Concessionaire, the elevators in each Station shall provide no less than 90% availability when the Purple Line System is scheduled to be open to Users as measured on a per Station annual average basis.

No rubbish, litter, trash, or material shall be placed, emptied, or thrown in those areas. At no time shall Tenant permit Tenant’s employees to loiter in Common Areas or elsewhere about the Building or Property.
