The Eligibility Date clause defines the specific date on which an individual or entity becomes eligible to participate in a plan, program, or receive certain benefits. Eligibility Date. An employee who is insured for the Life Insurance provided in accordance with this Benefit Exhibit shall become eligible for Voluntary Group Life Insurance on the later of February 1, 1994 or the first day of the calendar month next following the month in which he acquired one year of seniority. The date that the employee becomes eligible for voluntary Group Life Insurance shall be hereinafter referred to as the employee's eligibility date.
Eligibility Date. No goods or services may be financed under the Agreement which are procured pursuant to orders or contracts firmly placed or entered into prior to the date of this Agreement, except as the Parties may otherwise agree in writing.
