Eligibility/Enrollment. For purposes of this Article, “Plan” means any approved health plan in which the employee is enrolled.

Eligibility/Enrollment. In order to be eligible for summer housing, Resident must be enrolled at the University or in a university-sponsored workshop or program for a minimum of one credit- hour. However, Residents are eligible to live in the Residence Halls without taking classes from June 19, 2017 to June 23, 2017, if they are a 2016-17 academic year resident and are registered for summer classes that begin no later than the week of June 26, 2017. Residents are also eligible to live in the Residence Halls without taking classes from August 18, 2017 to September 8, 2017, if they took a minimum of an eight-week summer class and have a signed 2017-18 contract to live in University Housing Residence Halls. Early arrival rates will apply September 9 – 21, 2017.

Only certain camera-enabled Wireless Devices may be used with Mobile Deposit, as specified by us from time to time. It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate, complete and current information about you and your Wireless Device (including your telephone number, the telecommunications carrier, and your email address), and to notify us immediately if any of this information changes or if service to your Wireless Device is terminated. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your registration for Mobile Deposit if we cannot verify information about you and/or your Wireless Device and accordingly you agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth in this section with respect to Mobile Deposit.
Eligibility/Enrollment. (a) Eligibility requirements: Minimum hours working requirement for eligibility for permanent part-time employees shall be as follows: to be eligible for membership in a Plan, an employee must be certified by the appointing authority as being expected to work at least one thousand forty (1040) hours per year in their position. The Commissioner of Human Resources may require a certificate from any appointing authority as appropriate to ascertain that any employee, or group of employees, initially meets and continues to meet this eligibility requirement. An employee who is not certified as meeting the eligibility requirement expressed herein shall not be allowed to join a Plan, and any employee initially certified as meeting the minimum working hours requirement may stay in a Plan only so long as the reasonable expectation of working at least one thousand forty (1040) hours per calendar year continues. No membership will be terminated under this section without reasonable notice and an opportunity for hearing before the Commissioner of Human Resources. Permanent part-time employees in an inactive status (i.e., a regular or irregular layoff due to seasonal needs or lack of work) who continue to meet Plan eligibility requirements may remain in the Plan, but they shall be responsible for payment of the entire premium in advance of the due date to the Department of Human Resources, Benefits Division. For purposes of continued participation in the Plan, employees under this section shall be governed by the same rules provided for employees in unpaid, non-medical leave of absence status. pay date falls and on which the payroll deduction of premium would normally be made. Eligibility/Enrollment. Apple Pay is a service offered exclusively by Apple and is available to Citibank Credit Cardholders with a compatible Apple device as determined by Apple (“Apple Pay Eligible Device”’) for the purposes of purchasing goods and services or for other permitted transactions at merchants that accept Apple Pay as a form of payment through near field communication (“NFC”) enabled payment terminals, for in-app purchases and for purchases on authorized merchant websites when using a compatible-Safari-browser or compatible MacBook Pro. When provisioning your Citibank Credit Card through a Wallet to an Apple Pay Eligible Device or Google Pay Eligible Device that contains a secure element, a unique numerical identifier (” Token”) different from your Citibank Credit Card number will be added to such secure element for the purpose of making purchases through a Wallet. If your then present Citibank Credit Card is renewed or replaced due to its expiration or where you have requested for a replacement, your Token in a Wallet will be automatically updated with the new Citibank Credit Card information. Accordingly, you agree that your new Token (updated with the new Citibank Credit Card information) can continue to be used to make transactions through a Wallet even without activating your renewed/replaced physical Citibank Credit Card and you will be fully liable for these transactions.
