ELIGIBILITY EXCEPTION Clause Samples

An Eligibility Exception clause defines specific circumstances under which an individual or entity that would normally be ineligible for a benefit, service, or participation is granted an exception to those rules. For example, this clause might allow certain applicants to qualify for a program despite not meeting all standard requirements, such as waiving an age limit or residency requirement in special cases. Its core practical function is to provide flexibility within otherwise strict eligibility criteria, ensuring that deserving or unique cases are not unfairly excluded.
