ELIGIBILITY EXCEPTION Clause Samples
An Eligibility Exception clause defines specific circumstances under which an individual or entity that would normally be ineligible for a benefit, service, or participation is granted an exception to those rules. ELIGIBILITY EXCEPTION. The UNIVERSITY may consider UC ▇▇▇▇▇ Affiliates, which is defined as participants in qualified UC ▇▇▇▇▇ programs, faculty, and staff, as lessees or sublessees. The LESSEE understands that an exception to the eligibility requirement, as provided in Section 6 of this Lease Agreement, may be made on the condition that the LESSEE remains a UC ▇▇▇▇▇ Affiliate as defined in this section.
ELIGIBILITY EXCEPTION. The UNIVERSITY may, in its sole discretion, consider UC ▇▇▇▇▇ Affiliates, which are defined as participants in qualified UC ▇▇▇▇▇ programs, faculty, and staff, as eligible lessees. The LESSEE understands that an exception to the eligibility requirement, as provided in Section 6 of this Lease, may be made on the condition that the LESSEE remains a UC ▇▇▇▇▇ Affiliate as defined in this section. The LESSEE acknowledges that UNVIERSITY retains sole discretion as to whether to offer or grant an eligibility exception during the term or for any renewal term of this Lease.
ELIGIBILITY EXCEPTION. The retirement program shall not be available to any employee whose retirement requires the Cooperative to make an additional employer/Board contribution or payment of any kind to TRS or IMRF due to the employee’s retirement.
