Emergency Assignments. 3.10.6.1. Assignments by seniority or by order of accumulated overtime hours may be temporarily disregarded in an emergency situation which requires immediate attention to the health and safety of students. 3.10.6.2. The driver who accepts the emergency work assignments shall be charged with the overtime hours worked.
