Emergency Call Out. In any case when an employee is called out on an emergency, he or she shall receive a minimum of three (3) hours pay at overtime rates for such call out. If such call out emergency work occurs within three (3) hours before starting time of the employee's normal shift, he or she shall be paid one and one-half (12) times their normal rate for the first three (3) hours actually worked that day, and straight time thereafter until the normal hours of the said shift have been completed.
