Common use of Emergency Call Out Clause in Contracts

Emergency Call Out. Emergency call-out shall be calculated at not less than two (2) hours’ time paid at overtime rates as indicated in Article 20.01 of this Agreement. Call out shall be defined as any time an employee is called out to work during their scheduled time off.
