Emergency Call Out. a. A "Call-out" is defined as that occasion when an employee is required to leave from and return to, except for meals, his/her place of residence outside the Firehall, and outside the hours of his/her working shift in order to perform work for the Municipality that is directly related to a recorded incident. Previously Scheduled Overtime shall not constitute a call-out. b. Call-out" time shall be paid at overtime rates of pay as follows: (1) minimum of THREE (3) hours pay at TWO (2) times his regular basic hourly rate; and (2) all hours thereafter, at ONE AND ONE-HALF (1 1/2) times his basic hourly rate).
