Employee Names Clause Samples

Employee Names. The employer shall provide the Association with names and addresses of all bargaining unit personnel no later than October 15 of each school year and of all bargaining unit personnel employed after September 30 of each year within thirty (30) days of employment.

Employee Names. The District shall provide the Association with names and addresses of all bargaining unit members no later than 10 work days after the beginning of each school year. For newly hired employees, the Association will receive notification within 30 days of the date of hire or by the first pay period of the month following hire. The District shall provide a hard copy of the District Directory to the Association on or by September 1 and February 1 of each school year.

Employee Names. 27.5.1 The employer, except as provided for in subclause 26.5.2 of this clause, shall supply to the Union (upon written request) a list of names and addresses of all workers covered by the “NZ Cleaners and Cleaning Contractors Multi Employer Collective Employment Agreement 2018- 2019”, but not more frequently than every 2 months. 27.5.2 When a worker covered by this Agreement advises the employer in writing that he/she does not wish to be a member of the Union, then that worker’s address shall not be included on the list provided for in subclause 26.5.1 of this clause.
