The EMPLOYER DIRECTIVES clause grants the employer the authority to issue instructions or directions to the employee regarding their work duties and conduct. EMPLOYER DIRECTIVES. 8.01 The Employer shall provide the Union with a copy of all personnel directives. Where the Employer proposes to issue a personnel directive which is intended to clarify the interpretation or application of the Agreement, the Employer shall consult with the Union prior to issuing the directives.
