Employer issue of tools a) The employer shall provide tools and equipment that are job specific and/or specialist tools and equipment at no cost to the employee. b) Employees shall be accountable for tools and equipment issued to them by the employer. c) Employees may be held responsible for loss of the employer’s tools and equipment. Each case will be assessed on its merits. The employer may take action to recover the cost of the loss of tools and equipment.
Employer issue of tools. The employer shall provide and maintain heavy masonry drilling, chiselling and chasing equipment. Ladders and steps will also be provided by the employer. It is acknowledged that whilst every effort will be made to maintain ladders and steps in safe working order, it is the employee’s responsibility to advise the employer if repairs are required immediately. It is the intention of all parties to maintain all equipment in the safest possible manner. Employees are required to be responsible for Company equipment, and to ensure appropriate care is taken. Equipment shall be securely locked away at the completion of each day.

  • Former Employer Information The Executive agrees that he has not and will not, during the term of his employment, (i) improperly use or disclose any proprietary information or trade secrets of any former employer or other person or entity with which the Executive has an agreement or duty to keep in confidence information acquired by Executive, if any, or (ii) bring into the premises of the Company any document or confidential or proprietary information belonging to such former employer, person or entity unless consented to in writing by such former employer, person or entity. The Executive will indemnify the Company and hold it harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of suit, arising out of or in connection with any violation of the foregoing.

  • Employer Information The Employer shall supply full and timely information to the Administrator on all matters relating to the Executive’s compensation, death, Disability or Separation from Service, and such other information as the Administrator reasonably requires.

  • Compensation for Loss of Employee Tools The Employer will replace all Employee tools lost or stolen in accordance with the Award.
