Workmanship Quality a. The Vendor warrants the articles to be supplied under this contract are fit and sufficient for the purpose intended; are merchantable, of good quality and free from defects, whether patent or latent, in material and workmanship.
Workmanship Quality a) Employees appropriately qualified will sign all required documentation in accordance with the applicable State regulations.
b) Employees are required to perform their functions and duties in accordance within the generally accepted principals of good quality and safe practices. Provided that all work performed shall be within the limits of the employee’ skill, training, classification and competence, It is also a term and condition of employment that an employee will: • properly use and maintain all appropriate protective clothing, tools and equipment provided by the company ; and • maintain a commitment to implement and observe the best agreed health and safety practices, quality procedures and site cleanliness and waste management practices;. • provide and maintain an adequate kit of tools as prescribed in this Agreement. • sign all required documentation in accordance with BSH Electrical Pty Ltd Procedures.
c) It is understood that Quality Assurance is a key factor to ensure that the company becomes a more competitive and efficient enterprise. The parties are therefore committed to the introduction and maintenance of accredited Quality Assurance programs where deemed necessary by the employer and in accordance with Australian Standards.
d) The employer may invoke disciplinary procedures for poor workmanship and/or failure by an employee to follow BSH Electrical Pty Ltd Procedures and/or electrical licencing standards.

Workmanship Quality. If disputes arise as to the quality of the work, the Contractor shall meet the standards set forth in the Residential Construction Performance Guidelines for Professional Builders and Remodelers, 3rd edition, hereinto known as “Construction Performance Guidelines”. If an item is not covered in this publication then standard industry practice shall govern. Also, Owner and Contractor may agree to have a material sales representative inspect work to determine the proper installation methods.
