Start / Finish Times Sample Clauses

The Start / Finish Times clause defines the specific hours or periods during which work or services are to be performed under the contract. Typically, this clause outlines the daily or weekly schedule, such as work commencing at 8:00 AM and ending at 5:00 PM, or restricts activities to certain days of the week. By clearly establishing when work can begin and must end, this clause helps prevent disputes over working hours, ensures compliance with labor regulations, and minimizes disruptions to other operations or neighboring properties.
Start / Finish Times. It is recognised by the parties that inefficiency may exist with work not commencing or finishing at the official starting or finishing times. In an endeavour to overcome this inefficiency it is agreed that employees will be ready to work at the official starting time and cease work at the official finishing time. Start and finish times may be varied by agreement between the parties.
