Enhancements and Updates. After acceptance of the final Deliverables, if the Joint Enhancement will be offered by SCS as part of the Base Software, SCS shall continue to be obligated to deliver to Licensee any and all changes or additions to the Joint Enhancement that correct Program Errors therein or support new releases of the Base Software without any additional charge immediately upon completion of their development and any and all changes or additions to the Joint Enhancement that add functions to, or improve performance of, the Joint Enhancement immediately upon completion of their development, provided that Licensee is entitled to receive support for the Base Software pursuant to Section 7 of the License Agreement.

Enhancements and Updates. The Deliverables will comply with the [***]. However, during the course of the Project, both Parties may undertake reasonable efforts to enhance and update all Deliverables in accordance with any changes to the [***]. Such changes would be undertaken pursuant to new amendments to the Statement of Work and Specifications to be agreed to by the Parties in accordance with the change procedures of the Statement of Work, which will also address the impact of such changes upon Project budget and timetable.

Enhancements and Updates. Any Enhancements and Updates provided to Licensee under this Agreement shall be considered part of the Software, and as such shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, ISx is under no obligation to provide Licensee with Enhancements, and ISx’s obligation to provide Licensee with Updates is subject to the provision of Section 4 hereunder, including Licensee’s payment of the Support and Maintenance Fee.

Enhancements and Updates. From time to time, at its sole discretion, Ascensia may provide enhancements, updates or new versions of the Software on its then standard terms and conditions thereof. This Agreement shall apply to such enhancements.

This ▇▇▇▇ shall apply to such enhancements and updates. The Updates may be automatically installed without providing any additional notice or receiving any additional consent. You consent to this automatic update. If you do not want such Updates, your remedy is to stop using the App. You acknowledge that you may be required to install updates to use the App and you agree to promptly install any Updates Ascensia provides.

Enhancements and Updates. Any Enhancements and Updates provided to Licensee under this Agreement shall be considered part of the Software, and as such shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Licensor will notify Licensee when any Enhancements become generally available, but the Licensor is under no obligation to provide Licensee with Enhancements. Pursuant to the Support and Maintenance Services, Licensor will provide to Licensee all Updates to the Software as soon as possible after the Update is made generally available by the Licensor to its licensees that obtain similar support and maintenance services, and Licensor’s obligation to provide Licensee with Updates is subject to the provisions of Section 4 hereunder, including Licensee’s payment of the Annual License Charge (ALC). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties may agree that certain updates will be provided to Licensee in advance of such Updates becoming generally available. If any Enhancements or Updates are provided to Licensee, the Licensor must update the Documentation to reflect any change in the function, operation and/or performance capabilities of the updated or enhanced Software.

Enhancements and Updates. ProVantage may, from time to time, release updates or enhancements. ProVantage will notify and provide End User with updates and enhancements when such updates and enhancements have been released. Updates will be available at no charge, provided that if any update will need to be customized for End User, ProVantage will notify End User and the parties will negotiate an appropriate customization fee. End User acknowledges that ProVantage is under no obligation to issue updates or enhancements under this Agreement and that the obligation to make available any updates or enhancements to End-User applies only to those updates

Enhancements and Updates. CSG shall use best efforts to provide Customer Bulletins for Enhancements and Updates to ACSR and CSG Vantage (as defined in Schedule C) and Updates to the CCS Services (as defined in Schedule A) twenty ---------- ---------- (20) days prior to the implementation date of such Enhancements and Updates but in no event less than fourteen (14) days prior to such implementation date. If CSG is unable to provide Customer Bulletins within the time frames set forth above, CSG and Customer shall conduct a meeting via teleconference as soon as reasonably possible prior to the implementation date to discuss the nature of the Enhancements and Updates. The parties will mutually determine the CSG personnel and the Customer personnel that shall attend such meetings. CSG agrees to implement Enhancements and Updates for ACSR and CSG Vantage and Updates for the CCS Services under a quarterly release schedule. However, the parties agree that CSG may need to implement Enhancements and Updates more frequently due to requests from Customer, regulatory needs of Customer or CSG's other customers, and modifications that need to be made to ACSR, CSG Vantage or the CCS Services to fix a bug or error. CSG agrees to assume all responsibility for implementing Enhancements and Updates for ACSR and CSG Vantage and Updates for the CCS Services; provided, however, that,(i) if a System Site is utilizing ACSR or CSG Vantage, CSG shall not be responsible for the successful implementation of Enhancements and Updates for such Products or the CCS Services if Customer is not utilizing ACSR or CSG Vantage with the Designated Environment and (ii) CSG may, from time to time, at no cost to Customer, require Customer's reasonable assistance with the implementation of such Enhancements and Updates.

Enhancements and Updates. Other than any updates that X-Rite may publish at URL location(s) for the Licensed SDK published by X-Rite, no other X-Rite enhancements or updates to Licensed SDK, and/or Technical Documentation are licensed under this Agreement. In the event X-Rite elects to make other such X-Rite enhancements or updates available, such enhancements or updates will only be licensed by X-Rite under a separate written agreement.
