ENTRY PASS. All representatives and workers of Contractor shall possess the Entry Pass issued from the Security Dept. and concerned Officer/Engineer shall have the right to refuse the Entry passes to any worker or representative of the Contractor without assigning any reason. Permission to enter the Plant to any representative or worker of the Contractor may be suspended or withdrawn at any time by the Security Dept. or concerned Officer/Engineerwithout assigning any reason. The Contractor(s) shall ensure that any gate pass issued to their workmen or representatives by authorities are not misused by the unauthorized persons for entry in the plant area/in specified area inside the plant.

ENTRY PASS. 12.1. The work site lies in restricted area. All men and vehicles shall be permitted to enter the restricted / office area only on possession ofthe security passes. 12.2. The contractor shall apply in writing in advance for issue of necessary entry passes of workmen engaged by him. 12.3. The office/airport premises are an essential service covered under the maintenance of essential service Act and hence disruption of services rendered will be a statutory offence. The necessary police verification etc. as required for entry passes will be the responsibility of the contractor. 12.4. The contractor shall ensure that his men are deployed only in thosearea where the security passes issued is valid for. Passes shall be deposited back with Contract-In-Charge on demand and in any case immediately after completion of work. The contractor or his staffs/workmen shall observe all the rules promulgated from time to time by the concerned authorities. Any person found violating the security rules laid down by the authority will be expelled from the area without assigning any reason whatsoever and contractor shall have no claim on this account.
ENTRY PASS. Following the signature of this agreement, an entry pass valid for the period authorised will be issued to the visiting scientist. The pass will indicate the facilities, which are covered by the invitation. It must be visibly worn at all times by the visiting scientist. The security services concerned must draw up the list of information required for such passes to be issued. Before issuing an entry pass, Security Services will verify if a request to obtain a permit to stay has been submitted to national authorities, where legally requested. On-site access is normally allowed only during working hours of the JRC site in question but can be granted outside such hours, at the discretion of the Director of the Directorate involved, if accompanied by qualified JRC staff.

  • LEAST RESTRICTIVE ENVIRONMENT/DUAL ENROLLMENT CONTRACTOR and ▇▇▇ shall follow all LEA policies and procedures that support Least Restrictive Environment (“LRE”) options and/or dual enrollment options if available and appropriate, for students to have access to the general curriculum and to be educated with their nondisabled peers to the maximum extent appropriate. CONTRACTOR and ▇▇▇ shall ensure that LRE placement options are addressed at all IEP team meetings regarding students for whom ISAs have been or may be executed. This shall include IEP team consideration of supplementary aids and services, goals and objectives necessary for placement in the LRE and necessary to enable students to transition to less restrictive settings. When an IEP team has determined that a student should be transitioned into the public school setting, CONTRACTOR shall assist the LEA in implementing the IEP team’s recommended activities to support the transition.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation for Actions During Emergency Condition The CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff for its provision of real and reactive power and other Emergency Condition services that the Interconnection Customer provides to support the CAISO Controlled Grid during an Emergency Condition in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • REMOVAL OF RECORDS FROM PREMISES Where performance of the Contract involves use by the Contractor (or the Contractor’s subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, agents or subcontractors) of Authorized User owned or licensed papers, files, computer disks or other electronic storage devices, data or records at Authorized User facilities or offices, or via remote access, the Contractor (or the Contractor’s subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, agents or subcontractors) shall not remotely access, modify, delete, copy or remove such Records without the prior written approval of the Authorized User. In no case, with or without the written approval of the Authorized User, can the Authorized User data be accessed, moved or sent outside the continental United States.

  • Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities The Participating TO shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at the sole expense of the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Participating TO elects to fund the capital for the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities, they shall be solely funded by the Interconnection Customer.

  • Exclusive Service Employee shall devote his best efforts and full time to rendering services on behalf of the Corporation in furtherance of its best interests. Employee shall comply with all policies, standards and regulations of the Corporation now or hereafter promulgated, and shall perform his duties under this Agreement to the best of his abilities and in accordance with standards of conduct applicable to officers of banks.
